Mr. Bowers served as Chairman and CEO of Georgia Power Company from 2011 to 2021 and previously as CFO of Southern Company. His background as both a CEO and CFO gives him a unique perspective on long-term strategy, corporate development, regulatory experience, and risk management. He also served as Chairman and CEO of Western Power Distribution, a British utility.
