Ms. Burns co-founded Integrum Holdings LP in 2021, an investment firm focused on technology-enabled services companies. She was Chairman and CEO of VEON Ltd. from 2017-2020 and Chairman and CEO of Xerox from 2009-2016. She was appointed by President Obama to lead the White House STEM program and served as Chair of the President's Export Council.
