About

Mr. Spray has been CEO of Cincinnati Financial Corporation and its U.S.-based subsidiaries since May 2024, and president since 2022, having joined Cincinnati Insurance in 1991. He was instrumental in forming The Cincinnati Specialty Underwriters Insurance Company in 2007 and led commercial lines operations from 2016 to 2019 before serving as chief insurance officer. He brings extensive understanding of the insurance industry and the company's agency-centered business model.
