About

Paul J. Conway is a founder of Spark Capital Partners, LLC, an early-stage technology venture capital firm organized in July 2005, where he served as Chief Financial Officer from 2005-2021 and Chief Operating Officer from 2022 until his retirement in mid-2024. The firm invests primarily in companies in AI, SaaS, and microchip technology. He was previously Chief Financial Officer of Charles River Ventures from 1988-2000 and worked at Touche Ross & Co. (now Deloitte) from 1981-1986.
