About

Served as General Counsel, Corporate Secretary and Chief Compliance Officer since May 2018, promoted to Executive Vice President in January 2022. Previously Vice President and Deputy General Counsel at NRG responsible for new businesses, mergers and acquisitions, divestitures and project financings. Prior experience at AmLaw 100 firms handling mergers and acquisitions, project financing and general corporate matters. Holds JD/MBA from Rutgers University School of Law, Camden and BBA in Marketing from Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
