About

Mr. Bowles has served as Executive Vice President & Group Chief Financial Officer of Smurfit Westrock since 2024 and as a director since 2023. He joined a predecessor of Smurfit Kappa in 1994 and was appointed Group CFO and director of Smurfit Kappa in 2016, having previously served as Group Financial Controller, Head of Tax, and Head of Compliance. He brings expertise in accounting, finance, internal control, tax, treasury, investor relations, and sustainability.
