Karin-Joyce Tjon has over twenty-five years of executive experience at both public and private companies and has served as Chairman of the Board since October 2024. She retired in 2020 and previously served as Chief Financial Officer for Alorica, Inc., President and Chief Operating Officer for Scientific Games, Inc., and Executive Vice President and CFO for Epiq Systems, Inc. She currently serves on the boards of Solidion Technology, Inc. and LivePerson, Inc., both listed on Nasdaq.
