About

Dr. Lee has served as President and CEO of MKS Inc. since 2020, having joined the company in 2007 and progressed through numerous senior leadership roles. Prior to MKS, he held leadership positions at Applied Materials and conducted research at Lucent Technologies/Bell Labs. He holds a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from MIT and brings deep technical expertise in semiconductor and plasma processing.
