Mr. Steele has been chairman since 2004, CEO since 1994 and a director since 1985 of Hilltop Basic Resources Inc., a privately owned Cincinnati-based aggregates and ready-mix concrete supplier to the construction industry. He brings deep experience in all aspects of business ownership, operations and customer relationships. He provides a policyholder perspective and intimate knowledge of family-run corporations and the construction industry.
