Professional narrative

About

Mr. Inglis served as Executive Vice President, COO, and CFO of Battelle from 2004 until retiring in 2014, and previously held senior roles at Ford Motor Company including CFO, President of Ford South America, and head of Ford North America. He joined Ford of Europe in 1971 and held various finance and operations positions over his career. He is retiring from the Carpenter Technology Board immediately before the 2025 Annual Meeting having reached mandatory retirement age after 22 years of service.
