Ms. Schar retired in 2018 from Arbonne International LLC where she served as executive vice president and chief financial and administrative officer since 2011, leading the firm's financial, accounting, strategy, IT, human resources and international functions. Prior to that she was EVP and CFO of Philosophy Inc. from 2008 to 2011. She brings leadership skills in accounting, auditing and financial reporting, investor relations and capital management.
