Professional narrative

About

Mr. Singer has served as a member of A10 Networks board since July 2019 and as Lead Independent Director since September 2021. He is Chief Executive Officer of Immersion Corporation since January 2023 and was previously Executive Chairman. He has extensive financial and operating experience, capital markets expertise, and deep knowledge of the technology industry gained through executive leadership and service on numerous public and private company boards.
