Mr. Niehaus is a Managing Partner of BentallGreenOak, a global real estate investment management firm with over $90 billion of assets under management, and has served as Non-Executive Chair of W. P. Carey's Board since 2019. He brings over four decades of experience in the real estate industry, including nearly three decades at Morgan Stanley where he built and ran one of the leading global real estate banking, lending and investing businesses.
