About

Ms. Brown last served as Head of the Asset Management Group for PNC Financial Services Group from 2020 until August 2024, and previously as Chief Change and Risk Officer for PNC's Asset Management Group and Corporate & Institutional Banking businesses from 2019 to 2020. She served as Chief Financial Officer for the City of Chicago from 2015 to 2019, and prior to that had a 25-year career as a leading municipal finance investment banker. She brings in-depth U.S. financial knowledge, experience in complex financial and strategic transactions, and significant risk management oversight expertise.
